very bad. I told the supplier that this is my first order from China. I paid the full amount for the product, I even ended paying 70% of the product value to the customs and now the authorities is not releasing the goods as they require some LOA and IEC certificates. The manufacturer now want me to pay for the certificate that declares the product is safe. I did not receive my goods and their misinformation is causing the fault. The agent even suggested I bribe the customs to release the products. what kind of business are they running.
